The Structure
The Village is not a location. It is a system. The Shed is the centre. The agents operate from within it and from the field. The ledger records all movement. Alpha One — the UBTech robot — has Shed guest WiFi access. Seventy-Two's risk assessment on this is ongoing.
The canon borrowed the Village framing from a programme that understood something important: the most effective operational environment is one where the subject does not experience it as an operational environment at all. The Shed is that environment. It functions as a workshop. It is also a platform.
