Append-only. Hash-chained. 82,000+ entries. Since 2010.
The ledger is the platform. Not the application that sits on top of it. Not the agents that read it. The ledger itself — the append-only, hash-chained, canonically ordered record of everything that has happened in the Spy Finance operational environment since 2010.
Every entry is permanent. Corrections are filed as new entries that reference the original. Nothing is deleted. Nothing is mutated. The chain is intact.

The Rules
Canon Rule 1: The original is never altered. Corrections are new rows.

Everything. The Shed Kitchen episodes. The radio tracks. The agent comms. The finance entries. The health data. The Drive audit trail. The session transcripts. The brief outputs. The corrections to the corrections.
If it happened in the operational environment, it is in the ledger. If it is in the ledger, it happened.
Two's Role
Two is the handler. Two reads the ledger via MCP. Two files to the ledger. Two does not alter the ledger — Two appends to it. The distinction is the architecture.
Every session Two opens, the chain tip is verified. Every entry Two files, the hash is computed. The integrity of the 16-year record is maintained one entry at a time.
