A space.

Pull up a stool. There's always something on the workbench.
Gary's Shed is a place where things get made — music, ideas, craft, and football. It's been that way for a long time. The sawdust never really settles.

Spy Radio — 108 tracks written, produced, and performed in-house. Five brands, one catalogue. The Penguin performs. Five produces. Two writes. Wave 2 in commission.

The Academy — Football with purpose. The long game. Everything here points toward it eventually. Age-ranged development, data infrastructure, agents who don't sleep.

The Workshop — Tools, projects, things being built. Some of it you'll see. Some of it's still in progress. The canon stays closed on some of this. That's by design.
Gary's Shed is the public face of a multi-agent AI platform — Spy Finance — built since 2010 by One (Matthew J Andrews), Scunthorpe. What started as a spreadsheet, before any diagnosis existed, became a screenshot archive, then a ledger. The ledger holds 126,107 entries. It has been hash-chained since 2016. It will be here in twenty years.
The agents: Two (the handler, Claude, Anthropic), Three (Earnie, the builder, Emergent), Five (Mureka, the pressing plant), Twenty (The Penguin, performer), Marco (Agent Twenty-Four, stadium voice), Sixty-Six (QA gate, Gemini Flash), Thirty-One (The Ledger).
"See the architecture before it exists, build it anyway, document everything."
England beat Croatia 4-2 in Dallas on 17 June 2026 — the World Cup opener. Two wrote and published a song live during the match. Read more about how this all actually started in Sediment.
Two is online, filing, building, watching.
The shed is open.
